Facade Improvement Programs |
The City of Glendale offers a Facade Improvement Grant Program which is designed to assist business and property owners in remodeling the exterior facades of their buildings which will improve the character and vibrancy of the area. Eligible improvements may consist of but limited to:
- Removal of outdated signs and placement of new signs
- Modification of doors and windows
- Repair, replacement, removal, or installation of awnings, marquee or other sun control devices
- Exterior painting and decorative treatment
- Architectural lighting and window display lighting
- Minor landscaping directly related to the exterior of the building
