Finding a Common Ground
Welcome to the Glendale Mediation Program, a quick, confidential and highly effective mediation service that allows people and organizations to retain control over the outcome of their case. The Program is geared towards facilitating and resolving neighbor-to-neighbor, business-to-business landlord/tenant and other types of community based disputes. Under the supervision of a trained mediator, the Program brings together people to identify issues, reduce misunderstandings and negotiate beneficial solutions that can be made legally binding.
Our mediators are professionally trained by the University of Pepperdine Mediation Program and are flexible enough to meet most schedules.
The Glendale Mediation Program is:
- Free
- Confidential
- Legally binding
- Voluntary
- Convenient
- Effective
- Quick
- Empowering
To begin the mediation process, contact the City Manager's Office at (818) 548-4844. Your case will be prepared by staff and forwarded to one of the qualified mediators selected from our program. It is important to complete and return Mediation documentation in a timely manner, as it may affect the speed at which you are assigned a case. Most cases are resolved within weeks of initiation.
