Outreach: A mobile street outreach team is based at Ascencia. The team provides assessment and services to homeless persons on the streets of Glendale. M-F 7:00 - 4:00 – Help with housing, counseling, employment, health & mental health issues.

Shelter: Ascencia is also a 40-bed shelter for single adults and families. The shelter does not take walk-ins. Clients must go through an assessment process first. The shelter number is (818) 246-7900.
